Entry-Level Event Assistant - Paid Training | No Experience Required

We are hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support live events, nonprofit campaigns, fundraising initiatives, promotional activities, and community outreach programs.

No previous experience is required. Paid training, mentorship, and professional development are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and promotions.
  • Engage with attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Support nonprofit and fundraising campaigns.
  • Assist with team coordination, reporting, and event activities.
  • Participate in training focused on marketing, communication, fundraising, and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Interest in events, marketing, fundraising, or community outreach.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
