Position Summary Independently leads client service, strategy, and renewal messaging on larger, more complex middle market accounts, while collaborating closely on strategy and renewal messaging with senior colleagues on more complex and larger clients. No or limited number of small accounts. Skilled at selling all of World to larger middle market accounts. Primary Responsibilities Create and deliver WIA service plan Create solutions and make recommendations in preparation for the strategy meeting with Client Advisor. Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analysis Lead mid‑market placements and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes, offering insights and recommendations. Review, finalize and participate in proposal meetings Document client orders to bind and review binders for accuracy Participate or lead post‑renewal meetings Participate or lead stewardship planning and delivery for large clients Oversee confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable Work Experience 3–5 years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages Professional Licenses/Certifications Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license. Maintain effective relationships with clients, co‑workers, and colleagues. Viewed as a team player and is cooperative and collaborative. Obtain firsthand customer information and use it for improvements in placements and services. Understand guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms. Provide consultation of coverage needs. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Achieve day‑to‑day objectives within the context of specified solutions. Develop and implement work plans for completing projects. Consistently perform/produce quality work, understand the urgency in various tasks, and consistently meet timelines. Proficient in self‑serve portals and manage client training and utilization. Strong understanding of Excel. Follow a well‑established set of activities. Solve difficult problems that are not routine, but not overly complex. Work in a fast‑paced environment with some instruction and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Provide resolution to a diverse range of problems. Use critical thinking to identify key barriers to resolve complex situations. Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective using standard product/service. Education High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand‑up/sit‑down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Typing, grasping, and repetitive motion typically are required every day, and walking and standing are required occasionally.
