Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech to join our expanding team of imaging specialists committed to delivering outstanding care. Description of Responsibilities

• Carry out a diverse range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small part imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout each procedure, explaining every phase with compassion and clarity
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring clinicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any functioning issues
• Thoroughly document procedures and maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical database
• Stay informed about advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
