From fine-tuning a troublesome conveyor to diving into a PLC fault, you turn downtime into uptime and help the team hit its goals.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Start with routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep equipment reliable.
• Jump in to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; troubleshoot methodically to root cause.
• Tackle controls and automation work—PLC experience required.
• Record maintenance activities and track equipment performance for continuous improvement.
• Partner with operators and teammates to boost reliability and efficiency across the plant.
• Champion safety practices and ensure compliance with all procedures.
• Assist with installing and commissioning new machines when needed.
• Share your know-how by training staff on safe operation and basic care.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician, Mechanic, or similar.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Comfort with maintenance management software and standard shop tools.
• Self-starter who collaborates well with a team.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
