Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and related logistics.
• Manage calendars and scheduling requests to support meetings, events, and travel itineraries.
• Monitor changes, delays, and disruptions, and make prompt adjustments to itineraries as needed.
• Communicate with travelers, vendors, and service providers to confirm details and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, confirmations, expenses, and travel documentation.
• Ensure travel plans comply with company policies, budget guidelines, and client or business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align scheduling priorities and minimize conflicts.
• Support reporting and administrative tasks related to travel and scheduling activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel coordination, scheduling, administrative support, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, email, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all arrangements and records.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and maintain a professional, service-oriented approach.
