Front Desk Receptionist (FT)

:

Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient files- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary payments- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical information- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality- Assist office specialist when needed- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role required

- High School diploma required

- Associate degree or higher preferred

- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft and Excel

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
