Position Summary
We are seeking a PRN licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our outpatient clinics across the Chicago region. This role involves working closely with physical therapists to deliver high-quality, individualized care that enhances patient mobility, function, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans tailored to patient goals and needs
• Deliver effective, cost-conscious therapy interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Support rehabilitation programs that promote alternatives to medication and surgery
• Help develop and guide fitness and wellness programs specific to each patient
• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care using proven treatment techniques
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery process
• Promote healthy lifestyle habits, including strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to supervising therapists
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care services
