With a focus on collaboration and support, you’ll guide your team and make a lasting impact. Conduct client intakes, assessments (including FAs), and develop individualized treatment plans Oversee behavior technicians, provide training & feedback Monitor client progress through data review & reassessments Lead parent training sessions & maintain regular family communication Collaborate with clinical leadership on programming & curriculum development Participate in team meetings & contribute to a positive work culture Provide supervision of behavior technicians working with clients (minimum 20%) Provide parent/family engagement sessions as prescribed in the treatment plan Create 1:1 behavioral intervention programs for clients What We’re Looking For Active BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB) Master’s degree in ABA or a related field Passion for compassionate, client-centered care Strong organizational & leadership skills Commitment to ethical, science-based practice Schedule & Location Monday–Friday Telehealth options available Some Saturday availability optional Work Location: 1122 Walnut St, Ypsilanti, MI 48198 (In-person) Join Our Mission & Make a Difference At BlueMind Therapy, you’re not just another provider — you’re part of a team that truly cares about you and the lives we touch every day.
