Location: Lewisville, Texas

Schedule: Weekend shift, 36 guaranteed hours per week, 13-week assignment Highlights: - Level III NICU with 7-bed unit providing advanced neonatal critical care- 2:3 nurse-to-patient ratio supporting quality, individualized care- Equipment includes BCPAP and HFNC for comprehensive respiratory support- Self-scheduling system offering flexibility and work-life balance- Documentation systems include Meditech and CPN- No call requirements Requirements: - Active, unrestricted Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)- Minimum 2 years of hospital-based NICU experience required- Level III NICU experience mandatory- Current BLS and NRP certifications- Ability to attend all deliveries, including cesarean sections- Professional appearance standards: royal blue and/or white scrubs, natural nails only, hair pulled back if shoulder length or longer Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a dedicated neonatal team providing critical care to the smallest and most vulnerable patients in a supportive Level III NICU environment.
