Temporary Office Administrator

Abacus Employment are currently recruiting for a temporary administrator to join our clients busy and growing business in Newbury! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the order process and ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times. Key Responsibilities Processing customer orders accurately using internal systems Responding to customer enquiries via email and online portals Coordinating with internal departments and external providers to ensure timely order fulfilment Managing customer returns, replacements and refund requests Maintaining accurate customer records and updating company databases Skills & Experience Previous administration experience is essential Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines Positive, professional and customer-focused approach Working Hours Monday to Friday 08:30 AM – 4:30 PM Payrate: £15.00p/h #J-18808-Ljbffr
