Pricing Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their team. This opportunity will begin as a 6-month contract with the intent to convert to a full-time employee.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to support the day-to-day operation of a technology-driven pricing platform. This role combines data analysis, pricing operations, system configuration, and technical troubleshooting to ensure accurate pricing delivery for clients across the platform.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with complex data sets, investigating system-generated pricing discrepancies, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Client Support teams to maintain pricing accuracy and operational efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience at the intersection of technology, financial services, and business operations.

What You'll Do:
* Investigate and resolve pricing and data-related issues across the platform
* Monitor and maintain pricing configurations, mappings, and investor setups
* Analyze pricing outputs and identify discrepancies, exceptions, and trends
* Execute testing activities to validate data quality and system accuracy
* Generate recurring client and operational reports using large datasets
* Support platform enhancements by partnering with Product and Engineering teams
* Assist with troubleshooting API, integration, and configuration-related issues
* Document findings and communicate solutions to internal and external stakeholders
* Support ongoing platform operations and provide backup coverage for key support functions

REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in financial services, mortgage technology, fintech, SaaS, or data-intensive environments
* Exposure to APIs, system integrations, data mappings, or technical troubleshooting
* Familiarity with pricing engines, rate sheets, secondary markets, or capital markets
* Experience working alongside software development, product, or technology teams

Technical Skills:
* Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis)
* Data Analysis & Reporting
* Jira or Similar Ticketing Platforms
* Pricing & Financial Technology Platforms
* API and Integration Troubleshooting
* SQL (Preferred)
* SaaS Application Support
* Technical Documentation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
