ASCP - Medical Lab Technician

MLR is partnering with a respected health system in Louisiana to hire a Medical Laboratory Technician for a full-time night shift on a 7 on / 7 off schedule. This role involves performing routine and complex lab tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate diagnostic results.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, etc.
Collect and process specimens.
Operate lab equipment and maintain quality control.
Communicate results and ensure lab safety.

ASCP - Medical Lab Technician Qualifications :

Associate's degree in Medical Lab Technology.
Certification as an MLT (ASCP, AMT).
Louisiana state licensure or eligibility.
Prior experience preferred, but new grads welcome.
