Quick job details: Location: Mattoon, IL Specialty/Setting: OBGYN Start Date: 60-90 days Support: 6 Obgyn Physicians and 1 APP Call: 1:4 Other Info: One physician is retiring this fall and one physician is leaving to pursue a teaching position This is an extremely cohesive and fair group who ensures everyone works together Average 800-900 deliveries per year Dedicated pediatric hospitalists available to attend high risk deliveries ne Da Vinci robot in house currently with a second planned for next fiscal year Compensation: $425,000 Bonus based on RVU production Quality bonus up to $50,000 Benefits: Full Benefits $75,000 Sign-on bonus $60,000 total retention bonus $15,000 in relocation reimbursement 33 Days of PTO 5 days + $6,000 CME annually Malpractice with tail included at no cost Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability 403b with employer match
