Job Description
Mountain Star Roofing Systems is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Roofing Licensed Adjuster to join our team in El Paso, TX.
This role is ideal for a professional who understands the insurance claims process, has strong roofing industry knowledge, and can confidently work with homeowners, insurance carriers, and field adjusters to help ensure claims are properly documented, fairly evaluated, and accurately scoped.
The right candidate will be knowledgeable, organized, professional in the field, and comfortable advocating for proper claim approval when storm-related roofing damage is present. Experience with roofing claims is strongly preferred. HAAG certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect residential and commercial roofs for storm-related damage, including hail and wind damage
Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process from inspection to claim review
Meet with insurance adjusters on-site during inspections
Review insurance scopes, estimates, and claim documentation for accuracy
Identify missing items and prepare supplements when needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the claims process
Work closely with internal sales and production teams to support approved projects
Document damage thoroughly with photos, notes, and claim-related details
Help ensure proper scope alignment between insurance estimates and actual roofing needs

Qualifications
Valid Texas Adjuster License required
Previous experience handling property or roofing-related insurance claims preferred
Roofing industry knowledge required
Strong understanding of storm damage identification and insurance claim workflow
Experience reading and reviewing scopes of loss and estimates
Xactimate experience preferred
HAAG certification is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Professional appearance and ability to represent the company well in the field
Reliable transportation and ability to work in person in El Paso, TX
