Line Cook

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook. The ideal candidate will be skilled in food preparation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Ensure proper portioning and presentation of dishes
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Must meet work authorization requirements to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of bending, stooping, and reaching.
