Principal Property & Asset Management Analyst – Advanced Weapons Business Unit Location: Northridge, CA (onsite). The position may follow a 9/80 work schedule. Relocation assistance: No. Clearance required: Secret. Travel: Yes, up to 25% of the time. Responsibilities Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Is considered expert in field within the organization. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex tasks. Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings. Develops solutions to complex problems requiring regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives. Most assignments are complex and performed independently with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment. Ability to support U.S. Government, customer, and NG internal audits. Serves as consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives. Acts as an advisor to senior management and customers. Basic Qualifications (Level 3) Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience in property administration. Equivalency considered for 9 years of experience. Thorough knowledge of FAR/DFARS related to property administration. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of employees and management. Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications. Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Senior Qualifications (Level 4) Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with 8 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience in property administration. Equivalency considered for 12 years of experience. Thorough knowledge of FAR/DFARS related to property administration. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of employees and management. Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications. Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of and ability to use CostPoint and AssetSmart. NPMA membership. NPMA certifications. Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. Compensation and Benefits Primary Level Salary Range: $85,000 – $128,400. Secondary Level Salary Range: $106,800 – $160,200. Additional compensation may include overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and long‑term incentives for executive positions.
