Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Home health experience required.
• BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with documentation for home health electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Experience managing caseloads in community or home health settings preferred.
