Manufacturing Production Associate (General Application)
PCC Structurals in Groton, CT is always looking for motivated individuals interested in building a career in aerospace manufacturing. What You'll Do
Operating or assisting with manufacturing equipment and machinery
Supporting wax mold assembly, investment casting, foundry, grind, hand-file, sandblast, machining or inspection processes
Following detailed work instructions, blueprints, or specifications
Conducting basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
Interest in manufacturing, production, or hands‑on work
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, mechanical work, or similar fields is a plus (but not required for all roles)
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and be trained in specialized processes
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds

Schedule Options
We offer 3 full‑time shift options to fit different schedules, including:
- st Shift: Front‑End Roles: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Back‑End Roles: 7:00am -3:30pm
- nd Shift: Front‑ End Roles: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Back‑End Roles: 3:30pm - 12:00pm
- rd Shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am
