Licensed Vocational Nurse

HealthFlex seeks an After Hours Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled, compassionate home hospice care across the Bay Area. You will support end-of-life goals, assist the RN with the plan of care, and travel as needed to cover shifts. The role requires a current CA LVN license, hospice/home health experience, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.
