Job summary:

The caregiver provides clients with various personal care and housekeeping services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.

Essential functions:

• Personal care
• Caring companionship and activities
• Meal planning and preparation
• Assistance with bathing
• Dressing and grooming
• Toileting and incontinent care
• Errands and transportation
• Housekeeping services
• Medication reminders
