Purchasing Manager - Medical Device Manufacturing

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally within the medical device industry
Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems
Knowledge of regulated manufacturing industry standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485)

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

Lead purchasing operations, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting
Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and quality compliance
Oversee materials planning and supply risk management
Support product development and manufacturing sourcing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain efficiency and compliance
