Residential Trade Leader

Summary Responsible for growing and leading the interior design trade business within the Gallery while delivering a luxury client experience. The role manages and develops a team dedicated to servicing the design trade, partners with the Gallery Leader on strategy, and oversees multiple trade projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities Grow and lead the interior design trade business within the Gallery Build, lead, educate and inspire a team focused on servicing the interior design trade Partner with the Gallery Leader to develop strategies for the trade business Lead and oversee multiple trade projects of varying size and scope Learn and communicate the RH design point of view and product assortment Represent RH at design community events and maintain consistent networking Remain current on local and global design publications and industry trends Share learnings and best practices to support trade business growth in other Galleries Requirements 5+ years experience in a high-end interior design showroom or similar luxury setting Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire a team with superior organization and leadership skills Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills and strong attention to detail Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications Able to read and understand floor plans Clean driving record, current driver's license, and ability to travel locally and out of state Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor, stock room and office #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
