To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Care Coordinator will manage patient scheduling and inquiries while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients Serve as the scheduling liaison for new patients across multiple clinics and telehealth services Manage and respond to new patient inquiries and appointment scheduling efficiently Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited institution 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer relations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various software applications
