• Location: Torrance, CA
• Direct Hire, $40~46K/yr (Non-exempt) with excellent benefits
• Work Hour: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

1. Hybrid (Minimum two days per week in-office, Remote work permitted for remaining days) After the first 90 days for training

Responsibilities of the Associate Coordinator:


This position plays a critical role in the aircraft parts supply chain, serving as a key link between vendors and customers.

• Manage delivery schedules for aircraft parts and ensure seamless delivery to customers
• Act as a liaison between vendors and customers to optimize supply conditions and enhance customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer parts requirements; place orders with vendors and negotiate pricing
• Prepare and present quotations to customers; process and manage orders
• Monitor shipment schedules and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate the most efficient transportation methods with consideration for cost and speed
• Perform daily operations in compliance with internal policies, including data entry and report preparation
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may occasionally include after-hours responsibilities

Requirements:

• Work experience in Import/Export or the aviation industry
• English skill: At least Business-level proficiency in reading, writing, and conversation
• Bilingual in Japanese and English is a plus.
• PC Skills: Business-level proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
• Math skills: ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and service fees
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Understanding of cross-cultural environments
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work overtime and business trip as necessary
