7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Summary The RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork. Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities. Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Oversee clinical operations and assist with staffing needs. Handle admissions, discharges, and incident reporting. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team. Promote a positive and team‑focused work environment. Address and resolve patient and family concerns. Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety. Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary. Support resident rights, safety protocols, and collaborative team dynamics. Promote positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors. Requirements Current RN license. Prior supervisory experience in healthcare. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Additional Duties Support resident rights, safety protocols, and collaborative team dynamics.
