Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that support data governance initiatives, including dashboards for program maturity
• Translate governance and compliance requirements into actionable data models and reporting frameworks.
• Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making, visibility of our critical data elements (CDEs) and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure consistency and integrity across systems.
• Implement and optimize reporting pipelines to support regulatory and audit needs
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI development or data analytics, preferably within financial or insurance domains
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik and data wrangling tools such as Alteryx.
Familiarity with data governance concepts, including metadata management, data quality frameworks, and stewardship
