As an Underwriter III within PNC's Commercial Real Estate organization, you will be based in the posted locations listed on this requisition.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluates new CRE loans by analyzing borrower financials, property performance and credit risk

An Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Knowledge of multifamily and or student housing, industrial, retail, hotel asset types and underwriting
• Real estate market analysis, financial modeling, loan documentation skills
