CDL-A OTR Truck Driver Overview

• Pay built to add up. Earn up to $124,800 per year, with base pay of 65-70CPM with all miles paid - loaded and empty. Plus, earn performance, safety, and service bonuses worth up to 5CPM on all miles.*

• Freight that keeps you rolling. Run 100% no-touch, dry-van freight with a majority of drop & hook loads on contracted customer accounts - meaning consistent miles year-round across the Midwest, South, and Southeast.
• Home time you can count on. OTR drivers are home every 2 weeks, with Chicago-area drivers home every reset whenever possible and Dallas and Oklahoma City drivers home every other reset.
• Assigned trucks built for the road. Drive your own 2022-2026 Freightliner Cascadia equipped with APUs, inverters, a microwave, and refrigerator, backed by an on-site shop and 24/7 road service so you're never left waiting.
