Hybrid Senior HR Generalist Strategic Talent & Compliance

The Senior HR Generalist at the Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology (IGB) partners with leaders, supervisors, and staff to provide strategic HR guidance, oversee recruitment, visa management, appointments, and leave administration, and address complex employee and organizational matters. Preference will be given to candidates with university HR experience and expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR consulting; the role is a 100% Civil Service 5020 position with a salary #J-18808-Ljbffr
