We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician who's ready to hit the ground running and grow with us long-term.This isn't a temp role or a stepping stone - it's a stable, full-time position with room to advance in a well-run, professionally managed community.What You'll DoDiagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry in occupied apartmentsRespond to and complete resident service requests promptly and professionallyPerform unit make-readies and turnovers between residentsConduct routine preventative maintenance and property inspectionsPartner with a collaborative maintenance team on larger projects and prioritiesParticipate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule (compensated)As a condition of employment, you are required to download apps to your personal smartphone, enabling you to receive and complete work orders throughout your scheduled work shift.
