Job Description

Location: Westerly-Pawcatuck YMCA
Position: Part-Time, non-exempt
Hours: Varies. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist members in the wellness center with warmth and professionalism
Ensure a clean, safe, and inclusive workout environment
Provide equipment orientations and support safe usage
Promote YMCA programs and build positive relationships with members

Qualifications:

Age 18+ preferred
CPR/AED and First Aid certification (YMCA will train)
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong customer service skills
Previous fitness or customer service experience a plus
