We have operated using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) for several years and are now looking for a high-capacity operational leader who can help take the organization to its next stage.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Operations & Integrator who can turn vision and ideas into execution.

This individual will work closely with the Owner/CEO and leadership team to take company priorities, projects and initiatives and translate them into organized plans with clear owners, timelines, deliverables and accountability.

This is not simply a traditional project management position. We are looking for someone who can see across the organization, understand how the pieces connect, identify where things are getting stuck and take ownership of moving initiatives forward.

The successful candidate will initially focus heavily on execution and cross-functional leadership, with the opportunity to assume increasing responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of company-wide projects and priorities and drive them through successful completion.
• Translate the Owner/CEO’s ideas and strategic direction into actionable plans, timelines, responsibilities and measurable deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving operations, technology, vendors, client relations, finance and compliance.
• Establish accountability across departments and consistently follow up on commitments, deadlines and deliverables.
• Identify projects, decisions or initiatives that have stalled and proactively determine what is needed to move them forward.
• Improve internal processes, workflows and operating structure as the organization continues to grow.
• Partner with the leadership team to strengthen execution of EOS disciplines, including Rocks, scorecards, issues and accountability.
• Bring greater structure and oversight to vendor relationships and technology initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure priorities remain aligned.
• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies and potential risks and help develop practical solutions.
• Provide the Owner/CEO with visibility into priorities, progress, obstacles and decisions requiring attention.
• Gradually assume greater responsibility for day-to-day company execution, allowing the Owner/CEO to spend more time focused on the Visionary role.

Preferred Experience

• Leadership experience in operations, business operations, project/program management or a similar cross-functional role.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid, managed care, PACE, home-based healthcare services, medical devices, medical-alert services or a related healthcare environment is particularly valuable.
• Experience working within a growing entrepreneurial or privately held organization is preferred.
• Experience with EOS and/or serving in an Integrator-type capacity is a significant plus.
• Demonstrated experience creating accountability, improving processes and driving initiatives through completion.

Location & Work Environment

This position is ideally based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area so the individual can work closely with the Owner/CEO and leadership team.

The company supports a flexible hybrid environment. The role does not require being in the office five days per week, but regular in-person accessibility and collaboration will be important.

Growth Opportunity

We are not necessarily looking for someone who has already served as the COO of a large organization. We are equally interested in a highly capable operations or project leader who is ready to step into broader company-wide responsibility.

For the right individual, this position has the potential to evolve into a more senior Integrator, VP of Operations or COO-level role as the company continues to grow.
