Quality Auditor – UPS (Shepherdsville, KY)

Location: Shepherdsville, KY

Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire

1st and 2nd shift available 25-26/hour

Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to support operations in a fast-paced UPS distribution environment. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality audits on picking, packing, shipping, and returns

• Track and report on KPIs (accuracy, throughput, on-time shipments) (Noah.Henni...ORD.Resume | Word)

• Identify errors and drive process improvements with operations teams

• Complete floor audits and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards

• Document findings and support reporting/analysis

Qualifications:

• 1+ year in warehouse, logistics, or quality auditing

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience with metrics/KPIs in a fast-paced environment

• Basic Excel and documentation skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shepherdsville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
