Nurturing Acquisition Team Analyst

The Nurturing Acquisition team is responsible for attracting, qualifying, and converting high-quality leads into trials and new sellers, focusing on the most valuable profiles for Nuvemshop. We operate at the intersection of growth marketing, sales, and product, using AI and automation to personalize the acquisition journey and accelerate conversion.

Some actions the team has been doing:

• Sales-led Funnel — generation, qualification, and routing of high-value MQLs and PQLs (ICP 1) to pre-sales and sales, with clear goals from MQL to SQL to opportunity.
• Sponsored Migration — offers and campaigns for merchants already selling on other platforms, distributed through partner agencies, affiliates, website, and events.
• Talk to Sales & CRO of the site — forms, landing pages for merchant pain points, and A/B tests to generate more qualified leads.

We work with a modern stack: HubSpot, N8N, Claude, Cursor, APIs of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic), and other automation and AI tools.

The Size of Your Challenge

The Growth Analyst will be responsible for marketing the Sales-led Funnel of the Nurturing Acquisition team in Brazil — the funnel that takes more mature stores (Migrants) to the Sales team.

This person will own the conversion of MQL into opportunity: monitoring the volume and quality of MQLs and PQLs by channel, diagnosing qualification bottlenecks in HubSpot, and turning this diagnosis into initiatives — from landing pages and site tests to offers like sponsored migration, click-to-WhatsApp campaigns. Also conducts the weekly funnel report (WBR), explaining what happened, why, and what to do next.

It is not a job of executing orders. It is for those who like to propose the next leverage before being asked, articulate Sales, pre-sales, RevOps, CRM, and media to put it in place, and anticipate in planning the dependencies between areas.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing ops, or related roles in technology, SaaS, or startups — preferably in B2B or sales-led funnels;
• Proficiency in funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, opportunity, conversion by channel and origin) and causal diagnosis ability: going beyond the "dropped" to the "why" and "what to do";
• Solid experience with HubSpot or similar CRM: forms, segmentation, and reports to track the funnel, in partnership with RevOps and Systems, which take care of configuration and data quality;
• Experience working side by side with sales and pre-sales teams, aligning qualification, discard, SLA, and offer criteria;
• Executive communication and influence: objective reports (TL;DR, diagnosis, and next steps) and ability to conduct meetings and unlock decisions with multiple areas;
• An autonomous and proactive profile — who plans ahead, prioritizes by impact × effort, and brings new leverages without depending on leadership to formulate each step.

They Are Pluses

• Previous experience with e-commerce, platform migration, marketplaces, or solutions aimed at SMEs;
• Experience with automations (N8N, Make, Zapier) and generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) applied to growth — for example, creation of landing pages, agents, or lead enrichment;
• Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and creation or optimization of landing pages;
• Knowledge of paid media for lead generation (Meta Ads, click-to-WhatsApp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and working with performance agencies;
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API, chatbots, or lead pre-qualification agents;
• Ability to communicate in Spanish or English for interaction with regional teams.
