Business Acumen: Your previous experience managing a $1MM+ business will be invaluable to you as you face the day-to-day challenges of restaurant operations, including Guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance, to name a few! Our “PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE is never-ending.” Qualifications Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Minimum Age: 18 years of age or older. Experience and Training – External Candidates: 3+ years previous General Manager experience required. Casual dining/fast-casual experience preferred, but not required. Experience and Training – Internal Candidates: 1+ years of experience as a successful Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager. All Candidates: Must have open availability to work all shifts during the restaurant hours of operation.
