$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based

• Follow up promptly with qualified buyer and seller leads provided by the team

• Build strong client relationships and guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate process

• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments with prospective clients

• Present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate successful transactions

• Maintain consistent communication with clients from the initial consultation through closing

• Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to continuously improve your skills and production

• Use the team CRM and established processes to manage leads, appointments, follow-up, and client activity

• Prospect for additional business opportunities and develop referral and repeat-client relationships

• Collaborate with the Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize opportunities and deliver an exceptional client experience

• Active Virginia Real Estate License or currently pursuing your Virginia real estate license

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, driven, and committed to achieving your goals

• Coachability and willingness to learn and follow proven systems and processes

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive, and goal-oriented environment

• Strong time-management, organization, and follow-up skills

• Ability to build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional client experience

• Prior sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
