What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities) Drive Commercial Market Development: Build long‑term relationships with top General Contractors, property developers, and facility directors to secure new construction and high‑margin service contracts. Perform Precision Mechanical Estimating: Accurately estimate equipment, labor, material, and vendor costs for commercial HVAC and piping projects using specialized estimating software. Lead Design/Build Solutions: Translate client operational requirements into high‑margin design/build mechanical proposals in collaboration with internal engineering teams. Assemble & Submit Winning Bids: Solicit competitive vendor/subcontractor quotes and assemble clear, winning bid packages for commercial clients. Pre‑Construction Alignment: Participate in pre‑bid walkthroughs, alignment meetings, and project handoff reviews to transition awarded work smoothly to field superintendents.
