Looking to take ownership of a global tax function while expanding your treasury experience? This is an opportunity to step beyond traditional tax compliance and play a key role in a growing, private equity-backed global SaaS business.

We're seeking a technically strong Senior Tax & Treasury Accountant to oversee tax activities across multiple jurisdictions while supporting global cash management and banking operations. You'll work closely with external advisors and cross-functional finance teams, with the autonomy to improve processes, strengthen controls, and make a meaningful impact on the business.

This role is ideal for someone coming from Big 4, public accounting, or corporate tax who wants broader responsibilities, international exposure, and the opportunity to build expertise beyond tax.

Responsibilities:

• Own quarterly and annual income tax provision activities under ASC 740, including deferred taxes and tax disclosures.
• Coordinate U.S. federal, state, and international income tax compliance with external advisors.
• Oversee sales and use tax, VAT, and GST compliance for a global SaaS business.
• Support transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, tax audits, and inquiries.
• Manage tax-related journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals throughout the close process.
• Monitor global cash positions and coordinate funding, payments, and intercompany transfers.
• Manage banking administration, account access, signatories, and KYC requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline tax and treasury processes across finance systems and banking platforms.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or a corporate tax environment. More experienced candidates may be considered for a Manager-level opportunity.
• Working knowledge of ASC 740, corporate income tax, and indirect tax.
• Interest or experience in treasury, cash management, and banking operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• CPA or progress toward certification preferred.

Nice to Have: International tax experience, exposure to GILTI or Pillar Two, and familiarity with tax technology such as Avalara, Vertex, OneSource, or Longview.
