Client Retention Specialist

To enhance customer relationships with the Omnipod brand, the full-time remote Clinical Retention Specialist (CDCES) will engage with clients and healthcare providers, delivering education and training on diabetes management while addressing concerns to ensure optimal product usage and retention. Key Responsibilities Provide education and training on Omnipod products to customers and healthcare providers, ensuring understanding and effective use Initiate communication with customers to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and promote product benefits Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and analyze data to inform retention strategies and enhance customer success Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience training or managing insulin pump patients Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification required Experience working directly with healthcare providers in a diabetes setting Current certification in Omnipod Product Training Must reside within the assigned geography: Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, or South Carolina
