Quality Technician

OverviewJoin our dynamic team in Oshkosh, WI, as a Quality Technician! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.Identify and report any non-conformance issues, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred.Previous experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards is a plus.You should be proficient in:GD&TQuality Inspection ExperienceData Analysis and ManipulationLabor Management Systems Knowledge5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method)Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA)Manufacturing Instruction (MI)AS9100 Quality SystemsQuality Control ExperienceMechanical TestingISO 9001 Certification ExperiencePrecision Measurement & Hand MetrologyGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Precision Measurement & InspectionQuality Control Data AnalysisTroubleshooting CNC MachinesAnalysis ProgramsBasic Computer SkillsMachines & technologies you'll use:Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)Calipers and MicrometersQuality Control Software (PC-DMIS, Calypso, 1Factory) #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
