Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate repair and service orders in the system.
- Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers.
- Provide updates on repair status and notify customers when work is complete.
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure accurate job details and efficient workflow.
- Review completed work orders for accuracy before invoicing.
- Assist with warranty claims, billing, and documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to better serve customers.
- Keep the service counter area clean, professional, and organized.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Prior experience as a service advisor, service writer, or customer service representative preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive or commercial tire/mechanical services is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems.
