Direct Support Professional (DSP) Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated home care agency, is seeking reliable, experienced direct support professionals to provide one‑on‑one, non‑medical support to individuals diagnosed with intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral diagnoses. Location Honesdale, PA and surrounding areas. Office Location: 1151 PA-315 Suite A, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. Shift & Hours Full‑time or part‑time, weekdays, weekends, overnight shifts. Shift lengths: 4, 8, 10, 12 hours. Pay Range $15.00–$18.00 per hour. Weekly pay with direct deposit. Job Duties Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing). Provide companionship. Use appropriate communication and social skills. Perform light housekeeping and chores. Ensure a safe environment and teach basic safety skills. Help meet individual goals and outcomes. Promote community involvement (outings, activities, errands). Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional. Mobile Device & EVV Requirements Position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act.
