Position Overview As a 360 Recruiter with a focus on Most Placeable Candidate (MPC) strategies, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, including business development, client management, and candidate placement. Your expertise in identifying and promoting MPCs will be essential in matching top talent with client needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry. Key Qualities & Success Factors The ideal 360 Recruiter brings a strong balance of business development, relationship management, and execution excellence. Success in this role requires the ability to drive new business opportunities while delivering high-quality recruiting support to clients and candidates. Relationship-Building Ability – Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals through consistent communication, credibility, and exceptional service. Build rapport quickly and establish yourself as a valued partner throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Executive-Level Communication – Effectively engage and communicate with professionals at all levels, including executives, C-suite leaders, hiring managers, and highly specialized Life Sciences talent. Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and the ability to influence key stakeholders. Consultative Partnership & Thought Leadership – Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives, providing market intelligence, sharing industry trends, and offering strategic talent solutions. Position yourself as a resource beyond individual hiring needs. Proactive Business Development Mindset – Actively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic prospecting, market mapping, and relationship expansion efforts. Continuously seek opportunities to create value and grow client partnerships. Execution & Follow-Through – Demonstrate strong organizational skills, urgency, accountability, and attention to detail while managing multiple searches, client priorities, candidate pipelines, and interview processes from start to finish. Client and Candidate Development Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business objectives and recruitment needs. Negotiate and finalize terms of business agreements with clients. Identify and develop Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs) by assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit with potential employers. Promote MPCs to clients through targeted marketing efforts, highlighting their unique qualifications and potential impact. Maintain regular communication with MPCs to keep them engaged and informed about potential opportunities. Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and effective talent acquisition strategies. Address client concerns promptly and work towards providing effective solutions. Recruitment Candidate Sourcing Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, databases, and networking events to identify and attract top talent. Develop a robust talent pool of qualified candidates for both current and future executive roles. Innovate sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and fill hard-to-find roles. Candidate Management Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Present shortlisted candidates to clients with comprehensive profiles and well-informed recommendations. Manage candidate expectations, provide consistent feedback, and build rapport to act as their advocate during negotiations. Placement and Onboarding Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates to secure successful placements and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Provide support to candidates during the onboarding process to ensure a positive transition into their new role. Follow up with clients and candidates post-placement to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise. Market Research Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients. Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth. Reporting and Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities using CRM/ATS systems such as Bullhorn. Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, client feedback, and business development activities. Qualifications Proven experience in executive recruitment or a similar role, preferably within the Biotech or Pharmaceutical sectors. Demonstrated success in business development and client management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in recruitment software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals effectively. Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and align them with client needs. Resilience: Ability to handle challenges and rejection with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset. Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team Orientation: Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing positively to team dynamics. Competitive Mindset: A strong drive for success and a desire to continually learn and grow within the industry. MPC Expertise: Ability to identify and market Most Placeable Candidates effectively.
