What you’ll bring:

• Active Social Worker license with School Social Worker endorsement (#071) required
• Compassionate approach to student, family, and community engagement
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and administrators
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Experience in school settings preferred

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Implementing intervention plans and assisting with crisis response
• Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to develop support plans
• Facilitating communication between school and home to foster educational success
• Maintaining accurate, confidential records in accordance with school policy
• Contributing to a positive school culture and safe learning environment
