Medical Surgical Oncology - Travel Registered Nurse- $3190 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Alaska license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Oncology experience preferred but not required. Experience with chemo administration preferred.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Assignment length may vary: 13 or 20 weeks.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Night shift: 3x12 or 4x12. No call. Weekend coverage could be more frequent than every other and is subject to staffing needs.

Floating Requirements: May float to like units to meet facility needs.
