Customer Service Specialist

D&M Leasing isseekinga friendly, organized, and service-driven Customer ServiceSpecialist& Administrative Assistant to join our Fort Worth team. This role blends customer service excellence, front desk reception, and administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal team members. You’llplay a key role in creating a welcoming office environment while supporting daily operations andmaintaininga high levelof customer service. WhatYou’llDo Customer Service & Front Desk Support -Serve as a knowledgeable primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person -Respond to customer inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency -Set up rental car reservations and document entry -Provide accurate, consistent information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures -Resolve routine and moderately complex customer issues independently, escalating when appropriate -Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in internal systems -Maintain up-to-date customer records -Maintain a calm, professional demeanor when handling sensitive or time-critical situations -Protect confidential customer and company information in compliance with company policies Administrative & Office Support -Distribute inner office mail, packages, deliveries, create FedEx -Manage front office and breakroom supplies, inventory, and printer stations, and vendor services -Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and meet service goals -Support team operations during peak volume periods and special initiatives -Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments -Coordinate internal milestone anniversary acknowledgements and recognitions. Submit monthly announcements such as birthdays, anniversaries, and new hires and holidays -Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions WhatYou’llBring -2+ years of experience in customer service, orsimilar administrative role -Proficiency with Excel is required -Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and organizational skills -Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Professional appearance with a dependable and positive work ethic -A service-oriented mindset with attention to detail -High school diploma or GED required -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Bonus Points If You Have -Experience supporting executives or multiple departments -Background in a fast-paced office with a high level of customer service environment -Proven success in managing multiple priorities and supporting a dynamic team -Are bilingual WhyYou’llLove Working Here At D&M Leasing, we pride ourselves on a supportive, professional, and fun work environment.You’lljoin a collaborative team that values customer service, teamwork, and a strong company culture-over 50years in the making.
