Licensed Vocational Nurse Substance Abuse Treatment
We are hiring LVNs for a residential behavioral health program serving adults in recovery from substance use disorders. Ideal for nurses who value continuity of care and therapeutic communication.
Responsibilities:
- Support RNs/providers with detox and rehab care plans
- Monitor withdrawal symptoms and vital trends
- Administer medications and document per policy
- Assist with intake assessments and care coordination
- Encourage patients through education and therapeutic engagement
Qualifications:
- Active Texas LVN license; BLS required
- 1+ year clinical experience (behavioral/rehab/detox preferred)
- Team-oriented with strong patient advocacy
Schedule & Pay:
- Evening or Night shifts (8s or 12s)
- $29 to $34/hr DOE + differentials
- Long-term, permanent placement pathway
