Blending historic charm with modern amenities, it provides an engaging downtown environment for hospitality professionals serving both business and leisure travelers.**Pay Range:**$15.00-$20.50The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the hotel’s lobby and public areas. This role ensures all guest-facing spaces are clean, welcoming, and in accordance with brand and company standards.# JOB DESCRIPTION**Job Title**: Lobby Attendant **Departments:** Housekeeping **Supervision Exercised:** None**Supervision Received:** Housekeeping Manager / Executive Housekeeper**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS****Education*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.**Experience*** Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.* Hospitality environment experience a plus.**Skills & Knowledge*** Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.* Ability to work independently and efficiently.* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.* Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.* Good communication and customer service skills.* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred.**Job Duties & Responsibilities*** Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.* Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.* Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.* Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.* Ensure all furniture, décor, and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy.* Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly.* Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously.* Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.* Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
