Job Summary:
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Operating Room (OR) at a healthcare facility located in Lone Tree, Colorado. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves supporting surgical procedures within the Spine and Total Joint unit, including spine fusions, ALIFs, all spine cases, and total joint replacements. The position offers a Day Shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with additional Night Call responsibilities from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no overnight requirement.

Job Details:

• Location: Lone Tree, Colorado
• Schedule: Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Night call from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday; minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN), minimum 1-year current acute care hospital operating room (OR) experience, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), operating room experience with spine and joint cases, proficiency with Meditech / CPN electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Preferred Qualifications: Spine and joint scrub experience, prior Meditech experience
• Additional Information: The unit values staff with good communication skills, flexibility, and patient care experience. A 30-minute response time for on-call is expected. The unit operates with new equipment and technology, and staff tenure and experience are prioritized to foster a collaborative environment.
