Gilford School District is seeking Paraprofessionals to join our school community for the 2026-27 school year. The ideal candidates will create a dynamic, collaborative classroom where students can explore new ideas and think critically. Responsibilities: * Support and accommodate student behavioral, academic, and physical needs to promote student success and a positive school environment. * Support the delivery of effective instruction based on the specific needs of students while under the direct supervision of a certified educator. * Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others, take initiative, use sound judgment, and assume responsibilities.
